Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri
I live in Missouri. My mother recently passed away. She was co-owner of a business with my step father (married in 2003, didn't raise me). Do I have any claim to her property?

You might have a claim, but we need a LOT more information. First, what was the form of business organization? A Corporation? LLC? General Partnership? Seconldy, what was the form of "co-ownership"? As husband and wife? 50% his, 50% hers? Finally, did mom have a will or trust, and if so, how did it deal with the business?
