Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

If recieving money from a will how long does it take?

my grandma recently passed away and she had left me money in her will and no one has said anything about her leaving anything to anyone so I was wondering how long that would take. I don't want to ask my family. My grandma was a very organized and prepared person and had a broker take care of all her money, would he have the will? Who exicuted the will?

You should inquire with your family. You don't have a lot of time to have the will admitted to probate. If the time expires without the will being admitted to probate, it becomes a useless paper, and your gradmother's estate will pass as if she had no will. Find an attorney in your area fast. If your grandmother lived in the western half of Missouri, you may certainly call my office.

Good Luck,
