Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

will

My father put in his will. He was leaving his condo to me. He recently remarried, sold it and they bought a new one. Is this one going to be mine?

Re: will

Generally speaking, a Will can only leave something to someone if the decedent owned that something in his own name at the time of his death. an attorney would hae to read the particular term in the Will and also would need to know how the currently owned condo is titled in order to give you any specific legal advice about your potential for inheriting this property.
