Legal Question in Family Law in Montana

IF you get a divorce, then get back together too work it out and it doesnt does the original divorce, order for support and parenting plan still apply or does the whole process have to be redone? We had a joint account only for convieneince purposes but never held ourselves out to be a married couple.

Once you have a court-ordered Decree, it remains in effect until it is modified through the court. Merely living together does not create a new marriage or nullify a decree of dissolution of marriage. You can take a deep breath, relax, and wish each other well. You tried to work out some problems, and that's a good sign. If any parenting issues come up later, remember that you can work together to try solving problems. You might need some assistance with parenting issues, but at the heart of it, you both showed willingness to work with each other.
