Can an ex wife give her exhusbands name to her new partner before the divorce is finalized?

Technicality: The ex-wife isn't an ex until the dissolution is final.

If you mean "Can I reveal my husband's name to my new partner before the divorce is final?" then, yes, sure, unless the new partner wants to look him up and hurt him.
