Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Montana

transporting a minor out of the United States without parents consent

two United States Air Force men took my 15-year-old daughter and her 15-year-old friend from the state of Montana to Canada overnight without parents permission. While there, they rented a hotel room gave the girls alcohol And one of them had sex with my daughter.

My question: isn't this against the law? Who can be held responsible? do adults have the right to take someone's minor children out of the country and provide them with alcohol without Parents consent?thank you for your time and consideration.

Of course this is against the law. It is called statutory rape, and possibly other violations, including furningshing alcohol to a minor. You could call a Montana attorney friend of mine, Mark Hathaway in Glendive Montana. I don't know th etelephone number, but I believe he can help you. Tell him Joe Marman sent you.
