Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Montana

I want my fathers share that he deserves,am I entitled?

My Dad past away in 1996,and his father pastaway shortly after. I gave his family plenty of time to include my dad. Us kids were on the will and I want to know why they redid the will and didn't even mention my dad. My grandpa put us grandkids in it why would he leave my dad out of it. I think that the wife of my grandfather made up this will herself cause for one thing my grandpa was on his death bed.

My father was the only son of my grandpas and his first born, his mother died and he gave my dad to her family.his wife would not here of my dad in her house and he had 4 sisters that he never got to meet.I feel my dad should of got equally what they got.I want to see the original will.

Simply, anybody can be left out from a will if that is the person's intention. If you believe that your father was wrongfully taken out of the will, you can contest the will and state that your grandpa was unduly influenced to change the will to leave him out.
