Legal Question in Immigration Law in Nebraska

proof of recidency

First of all thank your for your time. If you don�t mind I do have a question. I live in Nebraska Ashland. I am married an American citizen. I have a green card interview new month. I will go to interview with my wife. My wife and I live with her uncle apartment house. Her uncle pays for his apartment mortgage every month. All apartment electric bills. Water gas bill my wife�s uncle�s name on it and mortgage paper work etc. my question is how can I proof that my wife and I live this apartment when I go to green card interview.

Ask your wife's uncle to write a notarized affidavit, saying that you and your wife live together at his place and for how long.
