1. How offten does a landlord need to change carpet in an apt complex.

2. I have durable power of attorney, and I am having issue with my mothers landlord what can I do, I.E. she is not fixing issues with my mothers place not listing to me about complants. As well as getting upset cause I let it be known that if issues are not addressed the proper athorites will be called.

How often does a landlord need to change carpet - - - not a legal question . . .

You have authority under a present durable power of attorney to handle your mother's affairs if the power in the written document inidcates plenary power or says you have authority to make housing or real estate decisions. In which case, the landlord should deal with you as if you are the tenant.
