What documents need to be filed to vacate an AAA arbitration in Nevada? A "Moti

I have been madly researching cases and laws related to vacating an AAA arbitration, but I still can't figure out exactly what documents need to be filed for District Court. The clerk said I would have to file "a lawsuit" in District Court. Nevada has forms to contest their own "annexed" arbitrations, but none for AAA arbitrations.

You file an application to vacate arbitration award. There are some very strict time limitations and narrow grounds. see generally NRS 38.145 and 38.155.
