Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Nevada

Collections

Allowed mother to establish credit by

letting her use one of my available

credit cards in her name and now she is

refusing to pay her balance which is

$4300. Wonder if I have any legal

means of collecting.

Small claims action may be available for this sum, provided the defendant (mother) resides within the small claims court's boundaries. Good luck actually collecting any judgment rendered.
