Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Nevada

Need help

E r solutions keep on calling my dad and and saying that he owes them a debt from a phone that went to collection but is not his under his last name he told them that it was't his name but they keep on calling and saying that he is what can we do about this?

Keep a log of dates, times, who called, and what person said. get address of company and mail or fax (better) letter explaining situation and demanding they stop.

You may have a lawsuit for violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Maybe also elder exploitation, depending on age.

if they do not stop after letter, you need to hire counsel.
