Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Nevada

Monthly payments??

My husband has an outstanding debit for medical bills. How much do we HAVE to pay monthly.? We have recieved only 2 bills from one Doc. and now it has gone to collection. Can they demand a certain amount?

They can demand the whole amount. The standard collection time is to be fully paid within 2 years. However, you are in control until they sue you. If you can make a deal, get it in writing.

If you get sued, with a good lawyer, you can stall them for a lower amount and payments and stop them for six months.
