Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Nevada

unpaid note

I sold a vehicle to an aquaintance and we signed a note saying he would make monthly payments which he has failed to do. I've tried calling and leaving messages which he will not return. I am not sure of his address, so small claims will do me no good without an address. What can I do?

Re: unpaid note
