Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada

assault with a deadly weapon/violation of court order

i was bound over to district court for the following charges. i was spit upon,by the victim. victim had an extended tpo and violated it. i was never told by my lawyer that one existed.either way the victim has alleged that tried to run over her with my vehicle. the judge didn't thinks i really tried to run her over. i have been through 3 lawyers fighting this case, along with another case i pled guilty to in 6/06 which was battery with the useof a deadly weapon. i at the time of court in 1/06, was undergoing electroconvulsion therapy and i believe that since i suffer from a mental disorder''bipolar'', i am being ripped off by these lawyers. it is all behind a man i had been dating, who was cheating with a bailsbond lady. the 2 of them are 3-5 times ex-felons and are performing illegal activities.trying to protect the bails bonds, because she is supposingly just a clerk & does bails also, as well as notorizing & signing documents. he has been back to jail while on parole after serving 13 years in prison, for murder, robbery, use of a deadly weapon & her embezellment, traifficking CS & buying & recieving stolen goods. i am out of $25,000 as we speak. i do not know what to do.i already feel suicidal & much more. i am 36,what shall i do? die

Re: assault with a deadly weapon/violation of court order

You need to get an attorney you can work with and fight the charge. It is a serious felony. If you cannot afford another attorney ask for a public defender who can work with you.
