Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
Court Warrant
If you have a warrant for failure to appear, what happens if you are stopped by the cops in NY, or anywhere else? Will it show up? Also does it go away after 7 years? Its nothing violent or drug related. Thanks

If it's a felony warrant you will get arrested.
If it's a misdemeanor or traffic warrant it is kind of left to the officer's discretion unless it is a no bail warrant, in which case you will get arrested.
