Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada

I hired a person to handle all my business finance in 1996 to 1998. today by checking all real receipts it shows that real income was not reported. real sales tax was not paid etc. somewhere around hundred thousand dollars were stolen. is there somethig i can do about it today?
