Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
Felony Conviction
Can a felony be removed from myson's record? I do not know the level of the felony. Felony happened 8 years ago. My son has had no other convictions since the felony occurred. Son was over 21 yrs old when the felony occurred in Las Vegas, NV.

You have to wait 15 years to seal a felony in Nevada.
