Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
I was at a restaurant/bar and I was assaulted and a fight broke out. One guy threw a bottle at me and it hit my face, it cut me bad and I had to be care flighted to a hospital. I was wondering who should have to pay my medical bills, the owner of the restaurant? The police were called, but the guy took off.
