Alimony
My ex husband was ordered to pay me $2000 a month Alimony for life unless I remarried. He is now about $19,500 behind. Is there anything I can do to get any payment at all. I am can no longer pay my bills and am afraid I will lose my home. Is there any way to do this on a contingency basis?

Thank you for your inquiry.
You would have the ability to file a Motion with the Court to reduce all unpaid spousal support to a single judgment. After a judgment is ordered by the Court, you could use it to garnish his wages or lien his property; perhaps even forcing sale of a home.
My office frequently handles such matters by charging a fee of $500.00 to file the Motion. Upon getting an Order, if you wish to use our office to enforce the judgment we take a 25% contingency fee on any monies we collect for you.

Yoo can take him back to divorce court and have the Judge make him pay and get a Judgment to garnish his income or sale his property.
