Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Child Support

If I had in a previous order that I paid my child support in a lump sum with money going to be deposited into a BofA child account. If my ex just got a new vehicle and got an old one repoe'd, I suspected she used some of the lump sum child support money could I have her through the courts supply me a copy of the bank statement showing the opening of the child account along with transactions, and current balances?

Also what do I do with my kids mom when she is playing those little games now that I have moved on with my life, She does not tell me I cannot see my son but she gives conflicting times for pick up and drop offs, almost all of the time she is late at least an hour, and when i call her she takes 4 days to call me back to talk to my kid.We have a current order in place that I am fulfilling by as the NCP, but she is being difficult,it has been 3 months since the last order should I proceed to go back to court and modify the agreement to make her stop this behavior? Thanks.

Re: Child Support

You should have your current order and the problems that you are having reviewed by a family law attorney. There is no reason matters cannot be more stable in your relationship with your ex-wife as well as your child. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
