Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

child support visitation

My ex and I have 4 children, he moved the day our divorce was final and has not come to see them until this past weekend becouse his mother came to town. I have a support order, but in 26 months hes only been garnished 5 months by the DA. I think he quit his job. I dont know what to do, the DA says they cannot find him but i know exactly where he is. What can I do? my case worker told me there is nothing she can do.

Re: child support visitation

Hire a private detective to do a skip trace, which might tell where he works. If you would like to hire me, I know how to subpoena and find out this information.

Furthermore, I can get his driver's license suspended and any other licenses issued by the state that he may have.
