child Visitation

i was wondering, my ex left when we founf out i was expecting. then when i was about to have my son he said he wanted to be there for him, so i let him. then he left again. now my son is almost 10 months old & my ex is demanding to see him. what can i do so that he can't.

In Nevada natural father's have rights ti joint legal and shared physical custody, married or not. If parents cannot agree then a Family Court Judge decides after mandatory mediation.
