Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Custodial Parent

I am a service member currently deployed in Iraq. My former spouse currently has custody of our children. My former spouse has been convicted of felony child abuse. My former spouse completed a parenting plan overseen by CPS. The abuse continued during the parenting plan, was reported, and ignored. Since completion of the parenting plan the abuse has continued. When I return, I want custody of my children. What do I need to do to obtain custody. Who do I file a grievance with about the failure of CPS to protect my children. I will be returning before the end of the year, and would like to have things in place to petition for custody, immediatly upon my return. I need help.

Re: Custodial Parent

I believe that we have a real shot at getting your children back but it would be expensive. We would have to figure out what went on with CPS and what the current abuse is. I estimate that the case would be $10,000 and I would require $5000 as a retainer. I have done over 100 cases involving CPS and getting children back so I am well versed in what to do.
