Divorce and Modify Gardianship

During the marriage, Wife�s parents obtained guardianship of child for medical insurance purposes and also complaint that parent were out of work and mother had warrants. Now divorcing father wants to modify the guardianship order to include visitation schedule and restriction on mother�s time with child. Can I do this all in the Divorce?

Yes, the divorce court can modify the guardianship visitation order. This may or may not also be an opportunity to terminate the guardianship.
