Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

The Family court has failed to produce documents a Birth Certificate, and financial documents they say I have signed. If I am found to not be the biological father, and the documents requested can't be found, What legal resources do I have? Can I file a civil suit against the parties involved? There so many unanswered circumstances surrounding this case, I wish I could bring this case to your court. Thankyou, I look forward to hearing from you soon.

You can also ask for attorneys fees and costs for fighting this paternity battle. Also, you should ensure that the legal action is sealed.
