Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

filing motions

long story short we live in fl child in reno, her attorney has entered a request for submission, in the meantime mother is refusing to tell us whereabouts of child, controling visitation, travel arrangements breaking initial agreements. the latest episode was past visit where she again made horrible travel arrangements, we jumped through hoops, again for her to lie, cancel the flight back to reno and now has child in the state of florida somewhere and refuses to tell us where. we are truely afraid for this little girl. what kind of motion can we file or what can we do? she works for the airline now and feels she can do what she wants without his consent but they have joint custody, there are other factors involved but too much to type (ex. false accusations, child loses weight everytime she goes home..etc..) please help us
