a friend wants to get full custody of her daughter / she get her daughter two weeks out of the month

and her daughters dad get her the other two weeks of the month her daught want to be with her mom then her dad , but she is 5 yrs old, she wants to know is thier away to her to full custody of her daughter and let her daughters dad see his daughter two day out of each week,

Yes, go to court and file a motion for primary custody. The Court would decide what is in the children's best interests. The problem is that they have the two week on/two week off pattern and we would need to tell the judge why that is not in the child's best interests. If she is starting school next year, this would be a good argument as school makes the situation more difficult, especially if she has to be driven from dad's house to school if he lives far away. (20 minutes).
