in the State of NV. The petition said that the respondent has to provide ''full medical care.'' Does this inclued dental care

I'm not sure what "petition" you are talking about.
Usually, competent Nevada attorneys would use langauge like: "provide full medical, dental, and optical care" and some will even include psychological counseling.
Depending on what side I was on...I would argue includes dental.
The short answer is: if dental not specifically mentioned, then probably cannot be held liable.
