Grandparent Rights And Visitation

Does a grandparent have the right to seek visitation of a child and if so can you tell me what forms I would need to file. Both parties reside in Nevada.

You need to file a Motion For Visitation. There are no forms so I suggest getting an attorney or paralegal or going to the self help center at Family Court.
