Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I live in Nevada and am thinking about filing for a separation from my husband. I have no family or friends here, they all live in Wisconsin. I have already made arrangements, with my husbands knowledge, to take my children back home to WI for the summer. Will I still be able to leave the state?

"Thinking about separating" changes nothing. In the absence of a court order, either you or your husband are free to go wherever you wish with your children, particularly on a temporary basis. Even if you chose to relocate permanently, there is no barrier at this point, although any litigation started within the next six months would eventually end up here.
