Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

no payments

The joint custody agreement filed in the court states that we do not pay each other any sums of money. But it does state that we split day care, medical, and extracurricular costs. I have been paying all expenses for a year now and keep very good records. Does that count as not paying child support? Can I go after that back money owed?

Re: no payments

You could recoup one half the medical bills, but not for the extracurricular activities.
