can I refuse divorce

What if my spouse wants a divorce because she is cheating on me. Can I refuse to grant her one?

Or if I file for divorce can I change my mind and not grant her one?

Since Nevada is an uncontested state you do not need the other spouse's consent or cooperation in order to get divorced.
