I am a resident of Nevada and my ex is court ordered to pay 500 a month child support, I have full physical custody, joint legal. My ex is saying that he would only pay 300 for last month because he bought clothes for our child. Can he do that?

Your ex can't unilaterally deduct buying clothes from your child support. That $500 a month is for you and your household. It's your choice how to spend the $500. Your ex buying clothes is on him as a separate gift to your child.
