Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Trips out of the state with children for shopping

I have primary physical custody and we both share joint custody. Under the provisions of NRS Chapter 125.510 (6) do I need written consent by the other parent before I take my children out of state for shopping, etc. if it is not the other parents sheduled visitation time?
