Reasonable Visitation Rights/Low Income Legal Help

You might want to try contacting your local, countyBar Association and ask them if their attorneysaccept cases at a reduced hourly rate.

Also, try contacting your county department ofsocial services. They would have the telephonenumber of Legal Aid or the equivalent in yourstate.

Reasonable visitation? An example usually foundin most court orders in this state would besomething like: alternating Christmas andNew Year's Day, Mother has child on Mother's Day; the father on Father's Day, Friday eveningsfrom 6 or 7 p.m. until Sunday at 8 pm., etc.
