Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Nevada

General harassment?

My husband and I are divorcing, currently living separate, no documents filed. We have been living separate for @ 2 months. He has an ex-girlfriend that is @4 months pregnant. We have 3 children together. I have been seeking legal advice on questioning the paternity of the baby. I already know what I can and can not do about it. She has threatened to sue me for harassment if I do not stop. I have had absolutely NO contact with this person. The ONLY contact is e-mail between she and my husband. She is military overseas. She has threatened to sue me for harassment if I continue to speak about paternity issues? I can have discussions with my husband about whatever I want! He says he has not shared any of our e-mails or portions of them, with her. Whatever she has been told, it's been what HE has said.

Does she have grounds to file charges against me.....and do I have any grounds to seek a restraining order or anything else, since she outright threatened me?

Re: General harassment?

You need to leave this woman alone. Although there is no such claim as harassment, your interference in her life could jeapordize your custody of the children which you have. DNA test now confirm paternity eventually 100%, but the baby needs to be born and about 6 months for the testing to be meaningful.
