Where the statutory provisions of a "prima facie evidence of abandonment" of personal property are clearly evident and provable; is that sufficient to then sustain an adverse possession by the adverse party if the adverse party remains unchallenged within the period for statute of limitations? I never heard of 'adverse possession' of personal property. What did you open a legal dictionary and try to figure out the words? Prima Facie is misused. I can't answer. Don't steal people's stuff. If you know who it belongs to, give it back. If you're charged with a crime, retain me or someone else.
