i married an immigrant been married for four years. found out he is cheating on me. what is the law? can i send him back for fraud?

Not really. Proving a person married you for papers is quite difficult. Cheating is common these days and does not generally mean anything more than breaking of the marriage vowels. If you want to stay in your marriage, you will need to have a serious discussion. If not, then maybe terminating the marriage is the correct way to go.
