Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

Soon to be ex-partner's name on house deed, not on mortgage

My soon to be ex-boyfriend's name is on the deed of my house but not on the mortgage. Although we are not married, we have lived together for just short of five months. Does he have the right to sue me for half of my house? If so, what are my rights in this matter? Is there a way I can legally get him to move out?

By putting your partner's name on the house he has an interest in it. You cannot evict him. You either have to have him sign a quitclaim deed or file an action to quiet title and have a District Court Judge award you the house.
