Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

The house I'm renting is in forclosure & will be auctioned on 4/28/10. My one yr. lease ends on 5/1/10. When do I have to vacate the property & to whom & how much rent do I owe after 4/28/10? If served to vacate, does this constitute as an eviction on my record?
