power of attorney

I live in nevada,my son lives in new york where the power of attorney will be exercised.He will represent me in a real estate transaction.Which state form do i use?

I would use a special power of attorney, which will be limited to this real estate transaction. A general power of attorney will allow him to do anything he wants with your money and assets.

I would need to do research if the New York form is different from Nevada's.
