difference in forming a corporation in Nevada vs. California

I am looking to form a corporation but I have heard that it is better to form a Nevada Corporation ver a California Corporation. My business is in California. What is the advantages of have a Nevada Corp ver a California Corp?

Not enough to make it worth while, in our experience. There are some tax advantages, but the difficulties in maintaining the corp usually outweigh these.

There are also some annual minute filing differences.

Perhaps an LLC would be a better option for you.
