appointed executrix to mothers estate

mother had no will she died my sister took upon her self to take mothers property out of state before she is even barried How can I stop her

If your mother left no will, her property should go to her husband first. If she died without a husband, her property should be distributed equally amongst her children.

You would need to initiate formal legal proceedings to have a Court itemize your mother's property and appoint an executor to distribute it properly.

I would highly recommend you consult an attorney regarding this matter.
