Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada
I loaned someone $11,000 and they never repaid it (I have a written promissory note signed by the party)
The person has just recently died and has a trust fund. How do I go about collecting my money from the trust ( the party also owns several parcels of property also-which are not in the trust)

If there is a probate you can file a creditor's claim. To be on the safe side, it would be best to file a lawsuit against the trust and the estate.
