power of attorney

which do I use? I live in Nevada and my daughter lives in Hawaii. I think I might move to Hawaii, but am not sure.either Nevada or hAWAII?

If it is for your estate and affairs, the power of attorney should be for Nevada. Do you have a comprehensive estate plan in place already?

I agree, so long as you live in Nevada, you should use a Nevada POA. If she needed to use it, she would probably have to come to Las Vegas unless you have a lot of stuff in Hawaii.
