Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Hampshire

purchase of lifetime vacation club

we purchased a lifetime vacation club membership for about $7,000. We have had it for months, never used. Went to presentation for free airline tickets, they were ripoff too. High pressure sales and answers to all of our objections. In end in lieu of financing we put on credit card. At very end of deal we had to sign a paper that took away our 3 day right of rescission. They said it was a contract so they did not need to give that right. Everything I have come up with in researching matter goes both ways. Yes to no right of recission on contract. No to no right if high pressure sales thing. Next day we wanted to rescind, but we knew we had signed the paper giving up our rights? Once began thinking about is it legal for them to make us sign away that right? Any help would be greatly appreciated, paid about $7k and $199 year (for now) for the rest of our lives. Have booked our travel ourselves each time this year, they were more expensive, etc. THANKS MUCH Pleae note: purchase was made in Methuen, MA.

Re: purchase of lifetime vacation club

If nothing else I would immediately contact my credit card company and try to cancel charge; follow it up in writing. Beyond that cannot tell you your rights until look at the contract and the exact facts of the transaction and possible federal and or Mass or NH laws.
