debts after death

I am 36 years old with a terminal disease, when i pass away do my debts pass with me or is my family responsible to pay them off??

Your estate will owe any bills and they will have to be paid unless you have no assets in oyur estate. Your family gerally is not responsible unless they are joint accounts or some other arrangements that might make them liable.
