child support

I am living in Al and my husband is living in NH. We are not legally separated but he managed to get a significant amount of child support from me. Is that legal

I must assume that your husband received an order from a court in New Hampshire and that the child is in New Hampshire. To determine if it is appropriate, I would need a great deal more information, including copies of all of the court filings and your personal financial affidavit.
