Legal Question in Family Law in New Hampshire

If I am the sole financial provider in the marriage, and my wife wants a divorce, and asks me to leave my home. Above and beyond continuing payments on the mortgage, car payment, and a fair agreement on child support, legally do I need to continue payments on the household bills?

The answer to your quesiton will require an analysis of the entire household situation and the extent of the bills and assets. In many cases, when a divorce happens, there isn't enough money to pay all the bills. Rather than waiting for a judge to determine how to handle the situation, it would be to your advantage to meet with an attorney and evaluate all the information in a careful fashion.
